By accessing platforms provided by Aerotrofix LLC (“Aerotrofix”), including Aeroclosure and Aerofile, you agree to these Terms of Service and referenced policies. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.
2. Eligibility
Users represent aviation operators or maintenance organizations and must ensure authorized use consistent with applicable regulations.
3. Services provided
Aerotrofix delivers tooling for closure coordination, compliance documentation, and operational intelligence. Features may evolve over time.
4. User responsibilities
- Maintain accurate data and documentation
- Ensure activities comply with aviation authorities and company policies
- Safeguard credentials and notify us of suspected breaches
- Respect intellectual property and confidentiality obligations
5. Account security
You are responsible for the confidentiality of login information. Aerotrofix is not liable for loss due to unauthorized access stemming from your actions.
6. Compliance obligations
Our software supports but does not replace regulatory compliance. You retain responsibility for adhering to FAA, ICAO, and local directives.
7. Intellectual property
All branding, software, and content belong to Aerotrofix LLC. Use is limited to contractual agreements. Reverse engineering or redistribution is prohibited.
8. Data ownership
You retain ownership of submitted data. Aerotrofix may process anonymized, aggregated information to improve services and analytics.
9. Limitation of liability
Aerotrofix is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use, downtime, or data errors, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access for security issues, regulatory violations, or unpaid accounts. We will endeavor to provide notice when feasible.
11. Modifications
We may update these terms. Notice will be given via platform alerts or email. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
