By using Aerotrofix services, including Aeroclosure and Aerofile, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. User Responsibilities

  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
  • Ensure use of services complies with applicable regulations
  • Verify all data and outputs before making operational decisions

3. Service Availability

Aerotrofix strives for uninterrupted service but does not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance whenever possible.

4. Prohibited Uses

Users may not:

  • Use the services for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt unauthorized access or data extraction
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Interfere with other users' access to services
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to copy our proprietary systems

5. Intellectual Property and Ownership

All content, logos, designs, software, websites, scripts, documentation, and intellectual property displayed on this website and within Aeroclosure and Aerofile platforms are the exclusive property of Aerotrofix LLC, unless otherwise noted.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Websites: aerotrofix.com, aeroclosure.com, aerofile.com and all associated subdomains
  • Software Applications: Aeroclosure and Aerofile platforms, including all source code, databases, and algorithms
  • Visual Assets: All logos, graphics, icons, design elements, and user interface components
  • Scripts and Code: All proprietary scripts, APIs, integrations, and custom software solutions
  • Documentation: User manuals, technical specifications, training materials, and process documentation
  • Branding: Company names, product names, taglines, and marketing materials

Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, republication, reverse engineering, or republication of any materials from Aerotrofix products or services without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Aerotrofix, Aeroclosure, and Aerofile are registered trademarks of Aerotrofix LLC.

6. Aviation Industry Compliance

All services provided by Aerotrofix LLC are designed to support aviation industry compliance with FAA, ICAO, and other relevant regulatory standards. Users remain solely responsible for ensuring their use of our solutions meets their specific regulatory requirements and operational safety standards.

7. Limitation of Liability

Aerotrofix shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use the services. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business interruption.

8. Termination of Access

Aerotrofix reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

9. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Mississippi.
