Aerotrofix strives for uninterrupted service but does not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance whenever possible.

All services provided by Aerotrofix LLC are designed to support aviation industry compliance with FAA, ICAO, and other relevant regulatory standards. Users remain solely responsible for ensuring their use of our solutions meets their specific regulatory requirements and operational safety standards.
Aerotrofix shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use the services. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business interruption.
Aerotrofix reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Mississippi.
